Reecenben Studio Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Reecenben, Inc. ("Reecenben," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information through Reecenben Studio, including the website studio.reecenben.com, our checkout links, our intake forms, our booking calls and our client projects. Reecenben, Inc. is a Delaware corporation at 300 Creek View Road, Suite 209, Newark, Delaware 19711, USA.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order and contact details: your name, business name, email address, phone number and billing address.
- Intake and project materials: the answers you give in our intake form and the files you send us, such as logos, brand guidelines, business descriptions, financial figures, and team or product information. These materials may include personal information about you or other people at your company.
- Booking details: when you book an advisory call, your name, email, the time you choose and any notes you add.
- Communications: emails and messages you exchange with us.
Information collected through payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly. We receive your name, email, billing details, the package purchased, the amount, and the last four digits and type of your card. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves at stats.reecenben.com. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. It records page views, referring sites, browser type, device type, operating system and approximate country, derived from your IP address without storing the IP address itself.
- Server logs: our web servers record IP addresses, request times and browser information for security and troubleshooting.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when you load a page.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking pixels on studio.reecenben.com.
2. How we use information
- To process payments, deliver your package and run your advisory engagement.
- To communicate with you about your order, revisions, refunds and guarantee claims.
- To schedule and hold calls.
- To keep records for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
- To protect our services, prevent fraud and enforce our Service Terms.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it, using aggregated analytics.
- To show your work in our portfolio as described in our Service Terms, without your confidential or financial information.
- To send you occasional updates about Reecenben Studio if you are a client or have asked to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that act on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Hostinger (email hosting), Cal.com (call scheduling), the hosting providers of our servers, and the software tools our team uses to build your deliverables.
- Our team members and contractors who work on your project, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Platforms you direct us to use, such as your CRM, email platform or website builder, when we build or integrate your funnel.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Your project materials
We use your project materials only to perform your order. We do not publish your financial data, projections, investor names or deal terms. Access to project files is limited to the people working on your order.
5. Data retention
- Order, payment and invoice records: 7 years after the order, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Project files and intake materials: up to 2 years after final delivery, so we can support revisions and repeat orders, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Emails with clients: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Analytics data: kept in aggregated form, which does not identify you.
We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and multi-factor authentication for staff accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it in a portable format;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information we hold about you;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling (we do not do any of these); and
- not be discriminated against for using your rights.
To make a request, email info@reecenben.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will verify your identity by matching information you give us with our records, and we respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and the total will not exceed 90 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy appeal," and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed. Our website does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals.
Categories, for California residents. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (such as name, email and IP address), commercial information (orders and payments), internet activity (website usage), professional or business information (from intake forms), and the contents of communications with us. We collected them from you, from your use of our website and from Stripe, for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the service providers in Section 3. We have not sold or shared personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information except as needed to process payments, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
8. Children
Reecenben Studio is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@reecenben.com and we will delete it.
9. International visitors (EEA and UK)
Our website is meant for people in the United States, but if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, Reecenben, Inc. is the controller of your personal information. We use it on these legal bases: to take steps you ask for before a contract or to perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and website, which we balance against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. When we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK to the United States, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them, or another lawful transfer method. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email info@reecenben.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work, or where you believe a problem happened. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will notify current clients by email.
