This disclaimer applies to everything we create, including investor one-pagers, pitch decks, business plans, investor memoranda, capital packages, feasibility screens, financial models and funnels, and to everything we say on our website, in calls and in correspondence.
We are not a regulated financial, legal or accounting firm
- Reecenben, Inc. is not a broker-dealer and is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA or any state securities regulator.
- Reecenben, Inc. is not an investment adviser and does not give advice about buying, selling or holding any security or investment.

Our deliverables are not offers of securities
Investor memos, pitch decks, capital packages and similar materials we prepare are presentation and planning documents. They are not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment in any jurisdiction. Any offering you make is your own. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to raise capital, for complying with securities laws (including any exemption you rely on and any limits on general solicitation), and for any offering documents, disclosures and filings.
We do not raise money or introduce investors for pay
We do not find, solicit or negotiate with investors on your behalf, do not handle investor funds, and do not receive any fee or compensation based on whether or how much capital you raise. Our fees are flat and are earned for the work product, regardless of outcome.
Figures and projections are yours
Financial models, projections, capital budgets, returns figures (such as IRR, DSCR and break-even) and market data are based on information and assumptions you provide or approve, together with public sources. They are estimates, not guarantees, and actual results will differ. We do not audit or verify the information you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every figure and statement in your materials.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that any document, deck or funnel will result in funding, financing, approvals, sales, leads or any other outcome. A feasibility screen recommendation is a business opinion based on the information available at the time, not a legal, lending or investment determination.
